Cooking dessert from one of our favorite sources of healthy plant based recipes – The Happy Pear. I show the whole process for cooking this healthy 5 ingredient Snickers Fudge Pie. This was delicious, rich, and actually quite healthy. My husband Simon and I are trying to really cut down on sugar these days and this uses dates, sweet potato, and some vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips to sweeten the whole pie.
This recipe has my dream combination: chocolate + peanut butter! Best combination in the world to my taste buds. And it has sweet potato + peanut butter, our pup Riley’s favorite flavor combination, he got a few treats as he helped me clean up. Spoiled pup. Riley makes a cameo in this video.
