Achieving YOUR Unique Health, Weight Loss & Lifestyle Goals in 2021

In this week’s video coaching, I share how YOUR unique weight, health & lifestyle goals translate into YOUR unique diet plans.  I absolutely believe in creating a healthy lifestyle vs. going on another diet.  

We’ve all been there, following a diet plan from a book, download, website… shopping for and preparing every single thing on the plan.  It may work well for a while, but most of us usually stop doing it and eat in a way that fits our own life.  It’s human nature.

We need to have a realistic look at our own specific goals and how we want to create a plan that fits those goals and fits with our lifestyle.  You may have some serious health issues and want to use the power of a plant based diet to help reverse disease and reduce or eliminate medications.  It can be done and there are lots of studies and data available to help you (see resources link below).  If you are working on those goals, you will need a more strict whole foods plant based no oil way of eating to achieve your goals.

If you, like my husband and I, are quite healthy and just wishing to lose a few vanity pounds, maintain your weight, and prevent common lifestyle diseases, you can probably have richer meals, go out to eat, be mostly plant based and have a few vegetarian or meat containing meals.  It all depends on where you are at with your health, your weight, your lifestyle, and where you want to go in 2021 and into the future.
