This information is from a great book by Dr. Dean Ornish and his wife Anne Ornish called UNDO IT! HOW SIMPLE LIFESTYLE CHANGES CAN REVERSE MOST CHRONIC DISEASES. Dr. Ornish shares all of these common lifestyle diseases, which have been proven in scientific studies to actually be reversible:
Severe Coronary Heart Disease
Type 2 Diabetes
Early Stage Non-Aggressive Prostate Cancer
High Blood Pressure
Elevated Cholesterol Levels
Obesity
Some Types of Early-Stage Dementia
Some Autoimmune Conditions
Emotional Depression and Anxiety
Much of the damage of aging
So EXCITING!!! The 4 key components of lifestyle change needed for these benefits are discussed in this video and in much more detail in Dr. Ornish’s book. They are:

Exercise/Movement (does not have to be strenuous, movement you enjoy)
