Tracking Progress Toward YOUR Personal Health Goals | Tips to Keep Making Progress & Get on Track

This week’s coaching video is all about the PROGRESS part of Progress Not Perfection.  How to set goals for your own personal health transformation and how to track progress toward reaching your health goals. I discuss many different ways to track your progress on your health journey and give examples of how I track my own progress.

I discuss how progress is not linear and how to get back on track and keep making progress vs. falling back into old habits.  It happens to all of us.  We get a little off track and maybe our progress is going in the wrong direction (weight is going up or exercise has reduced or stopped).  We are all human and health improvements can be hard sometimes.  But you can always make the decision to get back on track and you can still meet your goals, even if it takes a bit longer than you originally planned.

I firmly believe after living a fairly healthy plant based lifestyle for almost a decade now… that DIET IS 90-95% of the equation.  As Lindsay Nixon, the Happy Herbivore, says “Abs are made in the kitchen!“.  If you only have time to focus in one area, put your efforts into planning for, shopping for, and cooking healthy plant based meals.  I believe and have seen  in our life that diet makes the most impact.
