Project Management for YOUR HEALTH | Tips for Balancing Time & $$$

In this week’s video, I share tips & tools from my previous career as a project leader in the chemical industry and how you can apply this to your health.  The main concept is around a TIME / COST / QUALITY triangle.  You get to pick 2! It can look like this:

Cheap & Quick = Low Quality
Fast & Good = Expensive
Cheap & High Quality = Low Priority

I explain and give examples of how this applies to your diet and your efforts to work on your health. If you invest a bit of time and/or money into your health… the QUALITY can increase dramatically! Consider investing in yourself and your health to reach your weight loss and health goals.
